Refund policy

GENERAL PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL ORDERS IS 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. You will receive a shipment notification upon release of your order.

RETURN POLICY
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA # contact info@iamhonorine.com. Return requests must be made within 5 DAYS from date of receipt. RA’s are issued Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) 10am to 6pm and may take up to 24-48 hours to receive.

IAMHONORINE.COM accepts returns of all unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box (if applicable).

All SALE items are a FINAL SALE.

Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 7-10 Business days from receipt of package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

IAMHONORINE.COM is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages. We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable courier with signature.

Any returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and returned back to sender.
